Our sessions are designed to be inclusive, accessible and social.
Prior to your first session our team will arrange a complementary consult to discuss how best we can support you on your fitness journey. Support workers are welcome to join the sessions to support participants at whatever capacity.
Individual Classes
Enjoy a one-on-one personal training experience with Lola.
Your session will be individually catered to best suit your abilities. Carers are welcome to join in the workout.
group Classes
Join our community of women with disabilities, with our weekly workout classes.
These classes are specifically designed to cater for women of all abilities, and our all inclusive and understanding community can help you through any challenges you face.
